Over three years of experience.
A small town homebrew team formed by two brothers, one of their wives, and their kinsmen. A friendship forged in the fires of Li’l Hotty, bringing beer to their friends and family in the greater New Salem - North Dorr area.

Chock full of hops!
Citra. It‘s right in the name.
Warrior hops. A lot of it.

When you want a beer but you also want a seasonal, spooky children’s cereal. This beer is infused with a box of Count Chocula cereal in the mash. It took silver at the 2023 Sicilianos Homebrew Competition. Suck it, Cap’n Crunch!
The beer, like it’s name, is a mouthful.
We start with a solid porter recipe and add into the mix locally sourced berries and berry juice. In addition to the original "Black Raspbeery Porter" made with hand picked wild black raspberries from our own back yards, we now have a "Bluebeery Porter" that's sure to please!
Rrrrr, it‘s driving me nuts!
Named after Jim Price's favorite Fernando Rodney pitch, this one is going to fool you.
Wheat blonde ale with freshly picked strawberries
Vincent Mango is a wheat beer. Our first attempt used mango extract flavor. Not our finest work. Determined to make a fantastic mango beer, the next version used mango purée. That one had the distinct aftertaste of dirty socks. But version 3.0, that’s going to be great. Probably.
Light American Pils and pink lemonade. Our humble homage to the Naturday. It’s for the boys.
In a blind taste test by our most discerning cousins, our marzen outperformed an Oktoberfest from Kalamazoo.

Andy tells us this is what the kids called him in high school. We should call this Chapter 7, because the cost of this beer‘s ingredients is bankrupting us. This pastry stout is infused with chocolate, vanilla, and raspberries. The process is testing our meddle as homebrewers.
Please drink responsibly
We are home brewers brewing beer for fun, not profit. All beer is brewed in our homes for home consumption by our team, our family and friends. Off Brand Beers Brewing Company does not sell or distribute beer. Any questions should be directed to our lawyer, as soon as he finishes law school.
By Appointment Only
We are always happy to invite our friends and family to join us on a brew day to see how the magic happens. Drop us a line if you are interested!
